BIO

ELENI is a vocalist, composer, producer and educator from Athens, Greece, based between her home city and Brooklyn, New York. Though she began as an Art History student at SOAS in London, she graduated with a Bachelor in Drama and Dance at Tufts University. Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in Vocal Performance focusing on traditional music from different countries around the world with a focus on improvisation, she has been performing and recording as a leading artist and collaborator, delving deeper into south american folklore, jazz, greek traditional music and more contemporary sounds.

Some recent collaborations include Grammy nominated album Ona with Thana Alexa and Sony Music Mexico’s album Amor Pasado with Leonel Garcia. Eleni has performed in Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Megaron Athens Concert Hall, Park Avenue Armory, Aganis Arena, Lech Jazz Festival with pianist Shai Maestro, Thessaloniki International Film Festival, the Latin Grammys with Alejandro Sanz, as well as in concerts in Europe, South America and the US.

Teaching her practice BodySong at Bobby McFerrin's annual Circlesongs Program at Omega Institute explores the importance of movement and imagination with the voice. Eleni has been a Carnegie Hall Teaching Artist composing music with families across all boroughs of New York and Greece, has been music mentor at Stuttering Association for the Young and has held music therapy sessions with children with autism through Musicalmente NYC.

Music has been a guiding force in Eleni’s life and through it wishes to bring joy, strength and inspiration to others. Eleni's Greek debut record Ksaná will be released in December 2025 with Universal Music Group - Minos EMI, as well as her two other upcoming records, a collection of favorite jazz standards and her Latin American folklore album, Cielo, will be released in Spring 2026.
